Divided Attention prototype AudioVisuoMotor device (AVM)

Develop a prototype AudioVisuoMotor device (AVM) to research neurologic dysfunction.

Purpose

Research to increase knowledge and understanding for persons suffering from neurologic dysfunction (brain injury). In addition developing assessments and treatment strategies for remediation. This method is based on ambient divided visual- motor- and auditive attention concepts, combined with synchronized physiological data.

Requirements

Creating flexible paradigms using rapid changes with combinations of auditive (sound), visual (colored light, pictures) stimuli together with precise reaction time and physiological data measurements. Real time calculations and evaluations of results to implement adaptive applications.

Used methods

Prototyping in combination with the waterfall approach exploring technical and scientific attainable and reliable results.
